                                 About the ministry

This MINISTRY came from an inspiration on the heart of Rev. Emmanuel Lloyd in 1994.  He felt the call to start an evangelistic Missions oriented Ministry to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ as prophesied and commanded in Matt. 24:14; 28:19 & Acts 1:8.

The VISION of this ministry is to “Reach the unreached” people at all cost with the Gospel (Good News) of Jesus Christ.

The NAME “Pentecostal Apostolic World Ministries” (PAWOM) has its origin in our founder’s commitment to depend upon the Holy Spirit’s leading and his calling to GO and Reach our world for Jesus. Acts 1:8

Liberia has an area of about 43,000 sq ml (about the size of Ohio).

Liberia has an estimated population of about 3.5 million people. Recent statistics shows that 74% of this population is under 35 years. She has a land mass of about 43,000 sq. Liberia is a unitary state and is divided into fifteen political sub-division headed by superintendents

Since her inception as a nation, Liberia has been faced with a series of crisis, including civil war. The civil war lasted from 1989-2003 and lost over 250,000 people, infrastructure destroyed, economic breakdown, poverty increased, and many children were forced to be child soldier, teenage prostitute, force labor, etc. Some of our children and young people were on the scene when their parents/relatives were killed. There were so many terrible scene that these children experienced during our crisis.

Currently, we are left with former child soldiers, street/abandon children, teenage prostitute, orphans and vulnerable children.
